So today is 7 days without concentrated sweets! Yea for me! I've been able to look at the sweet stuff and say "No, I don't do that anymore." No candy, no baked goods, no sweet tea. I've been losing weight at the rate of about a half pound per day! (Down from 184 to 180). I suspect some of that is probably water weight, but, either way, I'll take it. I did have some kettle corn yesterday, but I have been searching for the Black and White kettle corn for over a year and yesterday I found it at Sam's! So I indulged myself. Man is it good! This week may be tough as 1) it's Halloween and 2) I'm going camping with my sister to do the Halloween thing at the park. There will be sweet temptations galore! But for the moment, I'm content with the results. Now, if I can get myself back into a exercise regimen......
