Sorry I haven't weighed in lately. Scale started turning in the other direction. So last week, I started going to the gym. Go in 2 days last week. Tue and Wed. for one hour. This week, tues, wed, thur and today, 1 hours each day. So, new approach !
265.5 lb Lost so far: 19.5 lb.    Still to go: 80.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
