Well, I achieved my own mini goal of three weeks without alcohol. I am proud of myself. Off out to the beach bar with friends who are back for the rest of the summer. Should be a fun night and of course I will partake of a beverage or two. Guilt free. Got another night out tomorrow. What can I do? It will be back to the straight and narrow on Monday. I still can't believe how fat I have let myself get. It's as if I have woken up from a dream. But the weight is coming off .................... whether it likes it or not. I will win! D)
