I actually went up to 164 but was too ashamed to record it until I lost some of it. I went on vacation and was fine with gaining a few pounds but then I hurt my back and was unable to exercise for a few days. AND GAINED MORE! :( I'm still not fully recoved although I can walk now. Time to get back on track.
160.4 lb Lost so far: 19.6 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
