So Friday I broke up with my boyfriend of 2.5 years. Tough choice but I think it needed to be done. Saturday I continued with the plans we had made with friends for food and drinks. Ate too much, drank too much, although stuck to better choices for the most part in my beverages. Yesterday I work up at 161 point something. Hardly ate yesterday, cause I had no appetite, and I didn't do anything to work on up. I tend to stress eat so hope the next few weeks go alright.
