I went shopping on the weekend. There is a new outlet mall near me. So my friend and I went to check it out. And we had some fun. Went to Tommy Hilfiger and got some t-shirts. My friend saw some pants on a clearance rack that were casual dressy for work but in a size 8. She decided to try and to her amazement they fit. So, she tells me to try them too and I was thinking that no way would they fit but they did! 18 bucks! So, I got 2 pairs for the office. Plus I tried on jeans in a size 8 and shorts and they both fit!!!

Yesterday a coworker I haven't seen for awhile is talking with me and he makes a comment that I'm looking very slender and what was I doing. I told him that I run the block on my lunch. So he was telling me 'that's great'!

So, with my parents away on vacation, I've been busy. Work is crazy busy too. I didn't get out for a run at lunch. I wanted to do something though, so after we got home from chores, I got my DH to time me while I did my 6 minute workout. It's 12 exercises that you do for 30 seconds each. After I did that, I ran around the back yard for 10 minutes. Score!!

This morning I had a dentist appointment. All is well. My 4 year old son had an appointment as well. I was so proud of him as he didn't put up a fuss and promptly opened his mouth for the cleaning and checkup. And I was happy too when they said that his teeth look great!

Well, happy hump day!!!
