Morning Everyone,

Well it been a rough week here but I am just taking one day at a time. Took the kids school shopping for supplies as school starts up on the 14th of Aug. I can't believe summer vacation is almost over. They got an outfit each and new sneakers and backpack filled with supplies. Then my one son who in middle school we got a letter in the mail that his school went to uniform so we had to go out and buy navy pants,navy shorts and gray polo shirts. I really don't understand why school is starting on a Thursday. The kids are only going for two days then off for the weekend I swear it crazy how they have the school setup now days.
Some how I lost weight and I haven't even been watching what I eat. It funny I eat what ever and I lose but if I dont eat then I gained. It funny how the body works you know.

It's probably the stress. When you concentrate on eating right, you worry over it too much and your hormones kick into overdrive and think you're starving yourself so they make what you eat into fat. When you're stressed with the shopping and not watching what you eat, your hormones think-great plenty of food, no need to store up. Just a thought. I remember how it was with getting them all ready a couple of years ago. We had the same stupid two days in and then a weekend back then too. I think it's disruptive and I'm not sure why it's done like that! Hang in there on the weight loss and don't give up! You have the right idea; take it one day at a time! Have a great day!!
