Today I am down to 190.0.
The scale actually said 189.6 the first time I got on but the next several times it wouldn't budge from 190.0.
I still woke up with mild bloating, but not nearly as bad as the previous five days. It was also not concentrated on my lower stomach but spread all over my belly. Today is the last day that I will have the quiche. I only made a small batch, so nothing is being wasted. This weekend we shall see if the bloating goes away.
There is a bike shop about 3 miles from work that I will visit at lunch time. I hope they have the tires and tubes that I need for my poor sad bicycle. Just can't wait for the freedom to ride!!!
