I have been away from this site fore some time now. Have been having some health problems... I have lost weight yes but not the way I would have like to being sick never makes fore a good way to do anything! I am glad though to be under 300 lb. and working on getting to my goal of 250 lb. is a good thing! Hopefully I will keep up here this time and can enjoy all of the good people here trying to fight this battle as I am and have most all my life... I am still learning to realize the life style change and NOT a DIET!!!
