Does anyone else get super bad pms? Like just feel comletely depressed suddenly? If so, any remedies?

Work out... that is the only thing I have found that fights my PMS.

St. John's Wort. That vitamin has changed my life, especially when pmsing. It just keeps you at an even keel.

I take a nap when I can. I also try to drink loads of water.. but really the nap is where it is at.

St. John's Wort for SURE! That stuff is sent from heaven to make us happy during that vicious few days.

Sugar messes with me. If I had bites of pies all night... I would being a grumpy girl the next couple days., LOL@Cach! I'll give those to my husband.
