I think this cast weighs 20 lbs. It comes off on the 23rd. I wonder what I will weigh on the 23rd ? What an interesting experiment to go from cardio for a year 4 to 5 days a week to bed rest for 4 weeks. I think my metabolism is slowing way down but I don't feel as hungry as I was while heavily exercising. Everyone is concerned I will gain weight quickly because they knew how much cardio I was doing before my injury.
