Just bombed yesterday again. I'm going to focus on the positive though. I went on a lovely walk yesterday evening. My scale is up a pound, but by tomorrow it will be back down with a maintenance for the week. Not ideal, but not up. By Friday or saturday my scale with be down so I have to focus on the long haul. Next week my goal is to be down more than a lb. Been very tired lately so it's been a sugar craving few days which makes me more tired...
