we just had a weekend of camping and not diet foods, and today I just started my work out program to see if that helps, I have been platued for a couple weeks, varing about 1 or 2 pounds.
181.2 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 31.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.5 lb a week
