This is not the first time I've done this challenge but it helped me a lot before so I thought I would try it again with a few changes.

I believe in you I know you can do it if you put your mind to it. I just wish your schedule was not so crazy. If you can at least try to commit 25minutes a day you can do the 30 day shred with me! It's really helped me and it goes my really fast, and you will be covered in sweat. It would be a good start of your day like it is for me!!

Thanks shorttie. Im just finishing creating me a workout space in the garage just missing a few things. I should have it ready to go tomorrow. If I like working out there I was think of getting Turbofire. I compared Turbofire, insanity and P90x and in think that is what I would like to try.
