Start weight: 272lbs
Current wight: 226.7lbs
Total loss: 45.3lbs
(My physician set goal weight is 225lbs by the end of June)

Starting BMI: 36.5
Current BMI: 30.0
Down 6.5 points

Starting Body Fat %: 46.2
Current Body Fat %: 27.3
Down 18.9%

Starting Fat Mass: 113lbs *** Total amount of Fat in my body***
Current Fat Mass: 62lbs
Total Fat Loss: 51lbs

Starting Fat to Lose: 74lbs ***
Current Fat to Lose: 12.5lbs

***as my body keeps building muscle these amounts will fluctuate greatly. The weight on the scales will not show as much “loss” either but I will continue to be able to tighten my belt and fit in smaller sizes etc..

Blood Pressure today: 131/80
