I got irritated at my cousin on Mon. He is the one running the Metaboliq shake thing. I told him my weight from the Thurs before Fourth of July for his stats. I said I did not have time for measurements because my SIL was in town and we had to rush off. He came back w a "stay strict this week".
I know it seems minor, but this is not the first time he has irritated me about this weight loss thing and shake thing. I think he thinks he is being a great coach but I am finding him to be more of a bossy slime-y used car salesman.
I know. Harsh.
I was losing more weight on my own than with his shakes and stuff. But I have been so so so....I don't have the words. Anyways, I have been binge-ing. :-(
I can logically say to myself...you are only hurting yourself. Eating BK is not actually saying "something you" to him, it is saying it to myself. I have not exercised all week! I am shaking it off today. I will be firmly back to happily eating healthy by tomorrow, or Sunday the latest. I think I just don't handle "weight coaches" well. There is a reason I do not join weight watchers. I know my crazy is showing. I am trying soooo hard to box up my crazy again. But every time I think of telling him my #'s tomorrow...the crazy does this jack in a box thing. LOL. I was thinking there was 6 weeks left. It is 8! If my cousin survives to Sept 10 it will be a miracle!
So, some of you know I don't break promises. Here goes: I promise that by Sunday, my crazy will be locked up. I will be back to doing what is GOOD for me. I will exercise Mon, Wed, & Fri & do yoga Thurs. Next week, I will rock it. I promise you that!
