Lots has happened since December. I have been sticking to my diet, going to the gym, and just generally trying to be healthier. Additionally. as of Feb 11, 2011, my wife and I separated. This has added more motivation to lose weight and look better. Only 9 more pounds to go to my initial goal of 165. At that point, I'll re-assess and see if I need to lose any more or just tone up.
