I am so discouraged! I have been eating well and exercising a lot more but the scale is going up not down. I tell myself it is about being healthy but I will be honest here ~ UGH! I'm thinking about getting the help of a nutritionist.
153.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 18.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.5 lb a week
