My first day back at the gym after almost month and a bit, Had back surgery so going to take it slow and build back up. The fusion of my back has placed my goals a year behind.

What the heck, it now only means I have another few months to work on the goal (that will never change)

154.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
