Went for tests to find out why I keep bloating and have so much stomach pain. All I know so far, is I have diverticulosis, and internal hemmorhoids (whaaaa?). They took biopsies of my stomach but I haven't heard anything yet. Have to get in at least 45-55 grams of fiber daily now plus fiber supplements, so the diverticulosis doesn't turn into diverticulitis. UGH. So any one else have this, or have any ideas of more ways to add fiber to my diet? I have lost weight, but I am flabby as hell. Anyone dealing with that? Thanks!
