So, I decided against the Dukan diet. It was so restrictive, too many rules, plus who wants to try to find a way to add oat bran to their diet everyday? Not this girl! I haven't actually started the 5 Factor diet officially yet, since I'm still reading the book, but I'm starting to incorporate the ideas. Wish me luck.
169.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 42.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I have found the easiest way for me to manage and lose weight was to make half my plate vegetables. I also eat way less processed carbs then most people do. There are still days where I will enjoy and have chips and dip or something though. But honestly I feel better without all the excess of them. Also I do not eat anything within a few hours of bedtime. I also drink mainly water that way I have more room to eat my calories
