Crazy week, a few late nights at work, didn't bring lunch so ate out, did stop last couples of days at whole foods for healthy lunches, but glad i have finished the Red velvet cookies and will not buy them again until i reach my goal weight... yes!
148.2 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.9 lb a week
