just did the 3 day fruit flush. 11 pounds. that diet sucks, but it is a jump start. I have let it all gonthe past 3 years... and covid did not help. can I get to 225... when I was there I was running efficiently. however I was 9 years younger. I still feel I can run.. if I get this weight off, the running becomes easier. I want it so bad.. I hope I can keep it up. hard with camping trip coming up. true test.

Way to go on the drop!!! Keep at it. I so wanted to do some interval jogs during my walk yesterday but I am too heavy for my joints at the moment. Don't quit at this.

I miss running. My old knees won't let me run anymore. They feel like 157 years old instead of 57.

You can do it! My hubby and I take a 4-6 week vaca every summer. I prep ahead of time and while on vaca, I still work out, I pack lots of veggies, and I allow myself to cut loose a bit. I've actually lost a bit if weight. I see that you are in a different place as me, as far as fitness goes but camping is a great place to get in some hikes or even walking the campground a couple times a day!
