Trying... I only want two cheat days for dinner. But I ate more :( and I have to track my food better!
358.4 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 58.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I read your bio. It's a worthy goal. As to the above comment, I'm not sure I understand the first sentence.

i second NM. What did you mean, you want two whole cheat days worth of calories for one dinner? that's how it reads.

I'd try to avoid cheat days initially. It makes it harder to stay on track. Set a goal to lose x amount of weight before adding cheat meals. I know when I "cheat" I go overboard. It's easier said then done.

I read your bio too Vince. Re: exercise - do you have a public pool available to you? I've got a wonky knee and working out in the pool really works well for me. For cheat days, that's a slippery slope. Personally, I simply can't build them into my plan. If I have two, I'm tempted to think "oh, what's one more". Or, I can find myself just living for those days. Yep, there are the rare special event days - and simply days that I go over. Other than the special event days, I really try to avoid going off track. YMMV.
