Lost one pound. But I have tons of belly fat. I can only think it's muscle loss. I have been much better about drinking water especially after being reminded by my new chiropractor. Yesterday had a good gut day compared to the horrible gut issues on Sunday. I did eat gluten free bread with coconut oil around 11pm last night. I was hungry. Went to yoga. Rode my bike this past weekend. That was great. Working on keeping the intensity to a minimum.
