Got some weight off this week . I'm happy but wish I was more . I was sleeved in Feb of this year and have gone from 281 to 250 . I just feel like my progress isn't going as well as it has for others . Still struggling to get in my required water and protein . My goal for the coming week is to hit that water and protein goal . I've also decided that I'm not going to weigh more than once a week and I'll be doing my measurements . My gym trainer showed me my measurements , compared to where I started the inches are really coming off !
250.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 70.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I USE THE SITE bariatric pal.com I love the site. Everyone loses weight at a differently. Plus on that site u will notice ppl that have alot more to lose usual do lose alot faster because there bodies were so used to consuming a ton of calories. You are doing very good:)
