I basically have 23 days before I hit the road for my next hiking trip. I definitely need to go back to the 100g of net carbs diet to shread some belly fat over the next 3 weeks.

How tall are you, btw? You carry 214 pretty well; I would have guessed you a few pounds less. Do you have a goal weight for the hike? My advice for you is: Stay the hell away from China Star. lol

LOL! Goal weight is (was) sub 200. Since that is now highly unlikely the goal is to shred as much belly fat as possible. I am right at 6' 3"
Since I'm hitting the road on a Thursday I would love to be sub 210 by next Thursday.
