Fun weekend! We went to a waterpark Friday evening and stayed over. I drank too much wine but I didn't do to terrible on the food. My son actually went into the pool and had fun which was great as he is not one for swimming pools. Saturday we walked around Niagara Falls for a half hour. Then we drove home, did some cleaning and then off to my parents' to help with the chores. Yesterday we went to church and then to my parents' again to celebrate my niece's 13th birthday.


Today is back to tracking the calories and getting out for a run. My right food is hurting. Don't know if I bruised it or if the plantar fasciitis is flaring up.

I learned a fews things about myself this weekend too. One, I have no tolerance for alcohol anymore plus it takes a few days to recover from it!! Another thing was I saw myself in a different light. The hotel mirrors were nice to me and I look good. For 41, I'm doing great in fact!! Now, I'm not settling, I still want to lose a few more pounds but I'm good!

I understand what you mean. I keep noticing how small the rest of me is when I look at my belly right now. Even my son says I look funny with such little legs and a big bump. :)
