yesterday was good day. have my chocolate but all natural ingredients from raw revelations. ate brocolli/swiss chard for dinner and pita chips. went to yoga and didn't feel hungry afterwards.

this morning have not had brekkie yet. need to, stomach is hungry.

craving pizza. lol.
my face is breaking out in acne. wondering if it is the gluten i've been eating this past week.

I always crave pizza! I'm having one slice tonight - since I managed to eat a healthy lunch ;). Moderation :)

littlelissylou - i love italian style pizza. was going to try a new place tonight but i don't do so well with cheese and gluten.

Sub out your pita chips for plantain chips. If you're like me that will stop the break-outs. You'll still crave pizza though. :)

i am eating gluten free crackers. too many of them but that makes up for my carb craving.

I make zucchini pizza when I crave it! I take a zucchini, cut it into slices, put some sauce, turkey pepperoni, and mozzarella cheese on it then bake it for about 10-15 minutes. It is so delicious and I feel so clean after eating it.
