I don't weigh in until tomorrow morning, but when I put my jeans on this morning they seemed a bit looser. When I look at myself in the mirror I think I see some progress but I don't know. I know the number on the scale, is just that a number. If my clothes are fitting better then I know I'm making progress. I would like to see the number on the scale drop though. Either way, I'm going to keep doing what I'm doing and hope that by June I will be ready to take the kids to the water park without having to feel self-conscious.

I like to see the numbers change too, but when something fits better than it did the last time I wore it, I'm happy! you're doing great honey!

If it helps... a few years ago I started working out like crazy and dropped an entire 9 inches and one dress size in a month and only one lb lost ... I was doing a crazy workout with a lot of strength training and apparently put on a lot of muscle that month... but I was happy with the progress when I fit into smaller jeans... I just wish I had the ambition to get back into working out that hard... I stopped stepping on a scale for a long time after that - which was a mistake... I didn't notice how high my weight was climbing
