Went for a walk and enjoyed the beautiful weather outside. After that I went grocery shopping for the weekend and parts of next week. I have been craving chocolate for a few weeks and seeing my boyfriend eating easter chocolate sure dosen't make it easier.... So today I got myself some delicious Lind 85% Cocoa chocolate and ate one piece.
I could've eaten only a psyllium, cocoa, caramel pudding (for some fiber)with two ts of coconut oil for extra fat, but eating more protein is always a good idea, especially since I do lot's of weightlifting and cardio and want to keep my muscles.
