Cardio: 45 mins to 1.5 hrs. (Elliptical, walking, light jogging) Usually I will go to the gym in the mid-morning and a walk in the evening.
Abs: 300 reps total, random exercises (crunches, flutter kicks, side bends/twists with 5 or 10 lb weights)

Food:

3/4th a bottle of the Odwalla Superfruit throughout the day (840 cal)
25 almonds (170 cal)
2 small apples (90 cal total)
4-6 lettuce leafs (30 cal total)
64 oz. water
1 or 2 black coffee's, use Stevia or Truvia if you need sweetener

1130 cal. (approx.) intake

Sleep is important, I try to not eat after 8pm and fall asleep usually by 10, wake up at 8am. Being on night shifts, this is more difficult for me.
194.6 lb Lost so far: 83.4 lb.    Still to go: 14.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 0.2 lb a week
