This weight is after coffee and a glass of water. but it is probably safe to say that I gained roughly 1kg over easter. see me go back down over the next week. hopefully;-)
121.0 lb Lost so far: 46.5 lb.    Still to go: 4.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 25 April 2014:
1424 kcal Fat: 36.48g | Prot: 105.82g | Carb: 170.79g.   Breakfast: Cappuccino, So Good Unsweetened Almond Milk, Freedom Foods Buckwheat and Quinoa, Fresh Lemon Juice, Benifex Fish Oil (1000 mg), Nescafe Blend 43, Coles Lite Milk. Lunch: Pineapple, Pink Lady Apples, Nestle Soleil Diet Yoghurt. Dinner: Kraft Smooth Peanut Butter No Added Sugar or Salt, Mixed Grain Bread, Chicken Breast Meat, Carrots, Broccoli. Snacks/Other: Lindt Dark Chocolate 70%, Mentos Fruit Mentos, Plums. more...

Idk, a glass of water is half a pound and cup of water is a whole pound. You may not be doing as bad as you think. It's amazing how much weight liquid adds. You'll go back down for sure though =)

Thanks deb! I am thinking of putting my goal weight up 1kg to 53kg because at my health check last week my doctor told me anything under 53kg would be underweight for my height. I'm 171cm( 5 feet 7inches). It also depends on build etc. But I think i'd feel okay at 53kg.

omg, your doctor has been looking at the height weight chart! 53kg is a BMI of 18.1 and anything less than 18.5 is underweight. Don't want you blowing away in a strong wind. ;)

Thanks for going to the effort of calculating my BMI deb! The funny thing is that when I was measured at 18 my height was only 169cm and on my passport it says 173cm and a different doctor measured me at 170cm a year ago so who knows! But I think it's safe to say 53kg is a good weight for me because I inherited my dads long, lean build:-)

Don't worry, it will definitely get down again! :) With us actively working against the weight, it has no chance ;)

Wow! you have lean build that's good and i can tell by the height and weight you have. for your BMI will be 18.125 if you are 53kg. i aim for bmi of 18
