I have found a new snack....highly recommended to me. It's "Veggie Straws with Sea Salt" by Sensible Portions. They really are good and the serving is about 38 straws for 130 calories. They also have "Apple Straws with Cinnamon" which sound yummy as well. Good Luck!

What about flavored rice cakes from Quaker? They go by the name "Popped" I think. and they are only 100 calories per small bag. They have different flavors and are pretty tasty too.

Hi 😊 There are some great options out there (try the health food section and look for ingredients like chia and flax and red flags like high fructose corn syrup, trams fats and MSG). I think the taste is great. Buy them and not the ritz which will allow you the time to acquire a taste for them. As with anything your body will soon tell you how healthier really does taste better. Thanks so much everyone!! I will certainly try the straws....and I LOVE rice cakes...basically the plain ones lightly salted. Not buying the Ritz is a rather obviuos solution...but one that I hadn't come up with on my own LOL

Have you tried making your own crackers? Lots of great clean recipes out there. Like others have said read the ingredients. You don't want to be having set backs with the chemicals you're putting into your body. Also add some protein to your breaky....you need to be eating Protein and complex carbs with every meal/snack :) Good luck! :)
