Worked out hard Saturday with the hubby. This included burbees, sprints, stairs, running, ab work and much more. I worked out yesterday and today by myself. I gave a good 45 min both days. Today I walked a mile, ran up and down the stairs twice then I hopped one time up them, and did lunges the next time. More lunges, squats, pushups, and crunches to finish off todays.
