Just remembered I fixed myself some ice cream yesterday and because I know myself all too well, I know that I would've eaten it in the evening despite not wanting to.
So instead I had it for breakfast with some additional almond flour and cocoa powder. I had a regular breakfast at 10am and will eat again the day after tomorrow at whatever time I feel like it.
