I am looking for healthy snack alternatives for on the go and when idle at home. Maybe some good nuts and berries for that? I would also like to eat more meat, but good meat, because i am so sick of lunch meat. that ham makes me gag. Its also kindove difficult keeping consistant in keeping good foods aropund considering i dont live on my own.
