Not surprised about the gain. I ate a salad last night with bad bad bad dressing. Made me sick. Got an upset stomach too, so I tried to eat several things to calm my stomach. Didn't work. Lol.
162.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.3 lb a week

try peppermint tea. That is gonna make you feel better
