Although I've been staying about the same weight 122.5-124.5 pounds for the last few months I have been exercising. Chalean Extreme mostly focuses on weights instead of cardio so that you get lean and build some muscle to look toned. since this is what I wanted in the first place I'm not really worried about the weight.

Since the beginning of the year I have lost .5" around both arms, an inch around both the smallest & widest part of my stomach/waist and 1.5" around both thighs! I think that's pretty good. So now, on to Phase 2 of Chalean Extreme. This month is the Push Phase, which is lifting heavier weights than the first month, but fewer reps. 1 Day down, so far so good.

Things are difficult w/ Greg being gone during the week and then I'm in school 2 nights a week and have dance 1 night & knitting another, so it's pretty busy. We've been making all of our meals on Sunday night and portion them out for each of us. I've done this before, but never quite so consistently. It's been a huge stress relief not to worry about what to make or when I'm actually going to find time to eat. Now I have lunch and dinner prepared for the week!

I've also been doing so much better about getting up before work to walk the dogs and exercise. This gets me energized for the day and makes me feel better about myself. When I don't exercise in the morning I end up getting busy or finding excuses to exercise in the evening. And right now the way life is, I just don't have the time to do it at night.
