Yoga 2x this week. Hiking 1x and will go later today. Short , fun bike ride on Tuesday. My body hurts so much with yoga but I know it's good. I'm thinking yoga will help with weight loss. Less stressed I feel the better and less likely i over eat. although today i did start my day eating yogurt almonds.
