Okay, starting back at this today. I haven't been on here in so long. I actually have been back at it for over a month and started out a month ago at 175 and am now down to 170.3. So a loss of 4.70!!!! I am so proud of myself even though I really haven't been eating as well as I should. I have been going to a dojo taking a Krav Maga class for the past 6 months and I love it. Twice a week for an hour and have now worked my way up with just recently receiving my orange belt.

I have been experiencing some issues with an ulcer in my small intestine, which I believe has somewhat attributed to some weight loss. Just trying to find the right mix of diet and exercise to not aggravate and promote healing along with weight loss would be great!
