I swam at lunch, ran last night and actually saw a 152.5 on the scale afterwards. I ate a very sensible dinner including a big salad and a very small portion of soup.
153.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
