Have NOT been eating that well... at least I didn't gain too much weight... just keeping it steady... same as ever...

I am learning how to cook healthy and eat at home more :)
180.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.3 lb a week

I'm doing the same! Trying not to eat out at all. I've been trying to make a lot of salads and soups since they are fast and easy to make. Best of luck with your goal!

Thank you, you too! Not eating out has been one of the hardest goals for me, but having easy, healthy recipes really helps!! Any good (SUPER easy) dinner recipes to share? :D

I usually do a very simple salad that has Feta cheese, a lot of greens, cherry tomatoes, croutons, pepperoncini, and for the dressing I mix a little olive oil with red wine vinegar. It's very yummy and easy to make. If you try it out let me know if you like it.
