Monday

Breakfast: 2 eggs scrambled, 1 cup of mixed fruit, 1 8 oz. glass of orange juice, 1 bagel with creamcheese

Lunch: 1 plate of whole wheat pasta, 1 chicken breast, 1 cup of mixed fruit, 1 8 oz. glass of whole milk, 2 16 oz. bottles of water

Dinner: 1 14oz. steak, 1 serving of mashed potatoes, 1 8 oz. glass of whole milk, 1 cup of pinneapple, 1 apple, 1 orange
