missed a few days logging as was away...cant remember what I had specifically those days , so skipped..but have been watching what I eat and been drinking more water....havnt been to the docs to weigh in...confused as docs scale and mine are way different and weigh at least 10-12 lbs different..so only weigh in when I go to the docs....
