Thanks Kim...up .6, down .4, wont see *any* movement for the next 6 weeks! That's my challenge! To focus on the *efforts* of weight loss WITHOUT LOOKING for it on a scale because I *trust* that the results *will* follow. :D Training for life at the maintenance stage (a little early-but just seeing if I can do it & how it feels) :D
