I think I'm going to take a break today. If I decide not to take a break, I'll exercise in the evening. I'm sore today from doing lvl 2 of the Shred dvd yesterday. According to Jillian's workout from her website, we're supposed to have two rest days a week. Mine are set for Tuesday and Saturday, but since I'm in the 30-Day Shred challenge I exercise during the week and rest on the weekends. Doing it this way also allows me more time to concentrate on my daughter. She's at school during the week, so it's just easier for me to do it this way. I do want to try out the Biggest Loser BootCamp dvd, so I might do that later this afternoon and then follow it up with the Biggest Loser Weight-loss Yoga dvd. That's what I plan to do, but my plans never seem to work.
