Lousy start and kept up the sugar habit too. On a new mission to improve myself.
Got to exercising and my speed and distance in walking is improving everyday now.
Time to get the diet right
203.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 0.5 lb a week
