Woo hoo! The twitch is gone. So is the headache...
I need to find a nice lower carb bread. I've gotten a few suggestions, such as some bread from Trader Joe's, but have not yet gone on the prowl to find some.
BG=189. had a beer last night; I bet that caused the rise.
