Staying on track even while eating out is a success story for me. I believe that I can do this! Went to the gym yesterday for a class and found it a bit easier than before so that is encouraging as well.
293.7 lb Lost so far: 10.3 lb.    Still to go: 94.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.8 lb a week
